Shipping Policy

1) We always care for our customers and intent to provide reasonable shipping and handling rates with reliability and fast services.

2) Handicraft Home ships all ordered items via Cargo, UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT and other available courier services, however unless we may ship if customer chooses other available Shipping options as well.

3) The customer is fully responsible for shipping/handling and all other applicable charges. Handicraft Home will inform the customer through e-mail or Phone if needed. After final negotiation on prices and related matters, the merchandise will be shipped. Once the merchandise is shipped, the customer will be responsible for the payment of any other charges, if applicable. These charges may include, but not limited to, any duties, taxes, tariffs, etc.

Shipping and Returns

1) After Orders are received online, we will let you know and talk for final confirmation, after confirmation of the order and rates, the goods will be shipped, usually within the next two business days.

2) All orders are subject to verification of information and needed approval.

3)Please provide your full shipping address with street, phone numbers.

4) Handicraft Home reserves the right to change or update Shipping and Handling information any time without prior-notice.

Return Policy

Please read carefully and take time to ensure that you have understand and follow our instructions. The merchandise will be accepted for return only if you have immediately inform the condition of the goods once it is reach to you.

Damaged Goods

We have a very professional packaging and shipping team who makes every effort to prevent shipping damage, however under rare cases goods may be damaged. We request for your protection and security please do not sign the merchandise until you inspect and goods are in in safe condition. Incase of shipping damage please immediately contact your local cargo, UPS, DHL agent for damage inspection report.
